Coming from the small town of India, Ferozepur where traditions ran deep, I dared to dream big. Starting with a paintbrush and a passion for art, I won several school competitions. At 16, I left my hometown to follow my passion for the arts, defying cultural expectations. This led me to NIFT, New Delhi, India’s premier design college, where I immersed myself in the rich tapestry of Indian cultures, crafts, and diversity, discovering new dimensions of creativity.

 

Initially focused on textile design, I crafted intricate patterns and explored textures. This foundation seamlessly transitioned into UX design, where I now blend aesthetics and empathy to create impactful digital experiences.

My career took an unexpected turn when a lucky break, or perhaps destiny, landed me a job in New York. Eventually, I co-founded Indo Svelte, an e-commerce platform for South Asian ethnic wear. This venture allowed me to dive into entrepreneurship, building a business and brand from the ground up while tackling product design challenges and logistical hurdles. 

 

Lately, at Deloitte, I led UX design, strategy, and managed design system for global platform, continually pushing the boundaries of user experience.

 

My journey has shown me that creativity knows no bounds and embracing new challenges leads to rewarding opportunities.
